Nice little place that we called into.
The lady there was welcoming and briefly explained the distill process and got to have some samples.

They have a very nice display, showing the process involved in creating their gin. They do a great job explaining the ingredients that go into the different gins, and how they are made. They also offer tastings to allow you to try out the various gins for offer, to decide for yourself.
If you are looking for a high quality gin I can wholeheartedly recommend seeing what Dfyi has to offer.

Was great to meet Danny, thank you for taking the time to talk about your product. Your passion and knowledge shine through in the gin. Also great to see most local pubs, bars and hotels stock you product. Fantastic selection of gins.

This has to be called a micro distillery. It uses advanced technology to produce very pure spirit and extracts essential oils from a variety of herbs. A pity to add tonic to this gin.
The owner is a born entertainer and very enthusiastic.
This business will grow. Buy a stock of this gin before it becomes too expensive.

Great gin just a bit dissapointing that a large section of the 40ml bottle is solid glass so it looks like there is more gin than there is.

If you like Gin then you really should pay a visit and buy some of this award winning premium gin.
There is information available about the Gin and how they make it. The locally sourced ingredients are described and explained.
You can see the Gin being made and have a natter with the knowledgeable and passionate team.
The unit is well maintained, clean, tidy and well presented.
There is free car parking available and a number of other crafts to experience at the centre.

We met Danny who had loads of ideas of new gins firing away in his head. Polite and informative about gin distillation, foraging and flavours. Picking away at his fresh batch of foraged herbs we had a little giggle about pink gin that someone I know thinks it's the bees knees. With a little background about each gin offered I can honestly say you could drink all three neat or on ice. I can see how they got an award for the Pollination Gin which was swiftly wrapped up along with two small bottles of Pollination and Hibernation Gin; my attempt to educate the pink gin drinker. Dyfi Distillery please remain as you are. You're perfect!

Buy their gin! Stumbled into this place, by complete accident while exploring Corris. I enjoyed Gin at the time but never knew it could be that good, that I wouldn't want to mix anything with it.
Going to have some sent to my Welsh workmates relys, so he bring it back to Australia.
I'll definitely visit again.
